singapore.

seriously, i love this trip!

usually i’ll stay for 2 days and 1 night or 3 days and 2 nights at singapore (selalunye braya ja la)

this time my father decided 4 days and 3 nights, which is the longest trip to singapore so far.

reason = coz ak cuti 3 bulan so tade hal nak dok sane lame2.

usually i’ll stay with my nenek n atok sdare at woodlands.

which i will die in boredom. (even the tv only news are available plus i’m the only teenagers in that house)

pc ade, tp takkn kite nak main bukak tnpa izin tuan dye kan? mesti kne marah ngan umi punye. adehh.

but this time my father decided we stay over at my dear uncle place. finally i can share my youth time with my cuzzie. 😀

reason = tak nak susahkan atok n nenek sdare. drang dh tua.

usually my parent will join anywhere i’m going. but this time they just let me go and have fun with my cuzzie.

i’m enjoying 7 hours non-stop at universal studio singapore! and without parents! i even spent about $200 for souvenir there. sgt syook ouh. you guys should come sgt brbaloi! the ticket price cost me $66 which will be RM 100++ la. haha. and they also didn’t follow me to the national museum for the mummy exhibition, sgt nice! 😀

reason = drang tak nak ikot sbab waste money je bayar ticket kalau tak naik roller coaster. (believe me, they got varieties of roller coaster! sgt syook) and they hate mummies. haha.

and another happy moment is, on the third day, my umi insisted to go to asian food channel (afc) shop at orchard centre. you see, my umi is really dying about this shop since she really love to watch it (available on astro, the cooking channel) almost every day. her favourite was chef at home – michael smith (her precious idol). but then, the cook book is not available yet due to out of stock. but the chefs at the shop are very very nice! when my umi ask how to make the pizza dough, he makes it from scratc and showed us everything, and even let us eat it. (sedaap!) what a nice fella. that already makes my umi her best day of her life.

we even tried the public transportation there such as bus and mrt. (way better than here!) more comfy.

i just felt sleepy all day long, and i even went back home early. -__-“

haha. it’s kindda funny, to see my mom watching ‘my fair princess’

which is once my fav drama during primary school( drjah 3 kooot)

back then, i still remembered how my mom disgust all the chinese drama that i like soo much.

but hey, i didn’t know it would be like this right now. (end up dye plak yg ske kaan)

hahaha.

the best part when dye dok marah2 at the evil queen yg ske torture2 the princess. she even dreaming on killing her.and my father the biggest batu api besides her. HAHAHA.

that’s why i love my mum.

what am i trying to say here is that,

don’t hate something before u try it. coz it might end up u love it.

one of the things that i hate.

being lonely.

too much.

well, for the very first time!

i manage stay awake until 7 in the morning. tak tsenggok pon!

but the headache pains like hell. haha!

i was excitedly chatting with my fren until i realized, its already 7. -_-“

(yeah, my fren also in the same situation)

thankfully, i was on ‘bonus’ which occured to me once a month. so i can sleep after that.

after sign out, and off for my beauty sleep.

i’ll wake at 9 suddenly cause my mom ask me to do the chores.

headache started attacking me that time. even worst, after i found out one of my newborn kitten went missing!

aduuh. msti kne mkn ngan kucing jantan ni. serious sdih okay.

then, without any second i dialled my father’s number to tell the breaking news. and guess what? i heard his phone ringing just beside the table. cis, he left his phone, again.

done with chores. but headache are still on. i decided to sleep a bit.

but just for a while. huu.

how to make simple lasagna. :D

just now someone requested me to post the recipe in the blog.

so let’s get it started~ 😀

ingredients

– lasagna sheets

– parmesan

-mozarella

(Béchamel sauce/white sauce)

– fresh milk

– flour

– butter

(fillings)

-olive oil

-garlic

-minced beef/chicken

-jintan

-tomatoes

-onions

-celery

-purple spinach

-mix vege (opt)

-button mushroom

-tomato sauce/puree

-black pepper sauce (opt)

-salt and pepper

steps

First of all, let’s get done with the fillings first. shall we?

> heat the pan and put some olive oil. When u feel the heat, saute(or we call it ‘tumis’) the garlic first smpai wangi.

>after the sauteed garlic dah wangi, put the minced beef, kacau smpai masak.

>the minced beef somehow produce some juice itself, so kacau smpai kering.

>da kering sket, put the onions, celery, and the mix vege(opt)

> after that, put some jintan.sikit je! (ask ur mom kalau tak tahu. mesti drang tahu punye lah! :D)

>kacau2 smpai rata, put the tomato sauce, and some tomatoes(nnt tomato ni akn cair n mnguatkan lagi the tomato flavor. )

>if u want to try something different, u might want to add the black pepper sauce a bit. if u prefer ‘originality’ so, no need to add it. (but to me, it makes the fillings taste better)

>now u can put the purple spinach and the button mushroom. (well, we have to add some greens to keep a healthy lifestyle ya know) 😀

>lastly, put the salts and peppers scukup rase.

there, the yummy fillings.

next, the white sauce!!

>first warm the milk first. (just panaskan je. jgn smpai mnggelegak)

>in the other pan, heat the butter until it melted, then add the flour (abt 3 tbsp).

> mix it well, until it smooth.

> then u pour the milk slowly until it became thick. (abt 380 ml milk)

wallah, the white sauce!

filling -> done

white sauce -> done

so, grab any baking dish and we can start layering the lasagna! 😀

please note that, the base u have to start with the layer of fillings first!

(after u sapu the butter of course supaya tk mlekat)

fillings, white sauce then lasagna sheet. (if u like cheese so much u can tabur parmesan at every layer.)

layer them smpai habes.

on the top, covered it with mozarella cheese and a bit of parmesan chesee.

add a bit of pepper too.

turn on the oven to 150 degrees.

cook it for 25 minutes.

here some tips, if u donno weather ur lasagna is cooked or not, u can confirmed by sticking

any sticks, mcm lidi as btg sate, then u pull it out. kalau kering, dah masak lah tu.

kalau mcm ade sticky sauce, blum lg la tu ya.

yesterday,

when i’m preparing myself a light snack fer dinner (umi cooked some rojak, so i’m panaskan balek)

suddenly i heard some loud noise,mcm ade org ketuk2 besi.

which is that time also kilat and guruh btalu2.

mcm biasa, i ignore it.

okay, dh siap panaskan, i put the kuah kacang on cucur udang.

bru je ltak, suddenly my dad stormed out from his room and scream hysterically at me,

‘wa! drang tlpas lagi!!’

(that explains the noise)

man this cats are really born as zombies. -_-“

this breakout gonna be like fourth time.

(dah mcm prison break plak la en haha)

force myself to ignore the starvation of umi’s deliciously rojak and prep for catch 4 runaway cats.

(they in their teenagers age, thats explain the enthusiasm the breakout from the cage)

haa, some people may assumed that i’m cruel enough to kept them in cage.

the reason why i purposely kept them safely inside the cage is to avoid the rage from my own dear umi explodes. as i mention above, they are really born as zombies.

the second they are out from the cage, they will act as if they are having a sugar rush. run animatedly around the house and even climbs up the trees. (pokok pisang habes patah. -_-)

and not to forget, they are also like destroying the orchids, which is the ‘precious’ to my umi, and how she adores the orchids like gollum adores the ‘precious’ in TLOTR.

that is why i’m strongly agree to kept them in cage. in order to avoid chaos.

but they are smart!

they have ways to breaking out from the cage. not to mention they succeeded 4 times!

and it is my job to catch them back.
